We can provide small or large steel framed gates, either swing or sliding, dependent on the site requirements and the level of noise control that is required.  In conjunction with these, we can also offer foam filled lath roller shutters with varying decibel ratings to give the maximum combined noise reduction.

The photos below are of a loading bay on a large supermarket chain, where a roller shutter was installed at the top of the ramp and a pair of heavy duty, automated solid gates at the lower part of the ramp.  The controls controlled both the shutter and the gates at the same time utilizing a PLC (programmable logic controller) with time delays to maintain security.

At Frontline Automation’s premises, we have a cantilevered sliding gate with acoustic noise reduction.  The gate has been made with a vision panel to ensure that it is safe to enter our workshop.  The gate can be demonstrated by arrangement with our sales team.
